The Head of State recalled that they had already instructed law enforcement agencies to check the use of funds allocated under the program. At the same time, the President stressed that the situation would be brought to an end and one should not expect that his instructions would be let down.

"This money is budgetary, and everyone who participated in the implementation of this program should give a full account of how this money was used," Badra Gunba said.

The President stressed that budget funds should be used exclusively for their intended purpose — to develop entrepreneurship, create new jobs, expand the tax base and improve the quality of life of citizens.

"Of course, these are our citizens, these are our relatives, these are our friends. I understand this, and therefore there is another measure that will allow us to remain in friendly relations and in family relations, to return the funds that were used in an inappropriate way," the President noted.

Badra Gunba called on the participants of the program to treat the current situation responsibly and stressed that the opportunity to voluntarily return funds used for other purposes remains.

"There is time until law enforcement agencies take certain steps. Then we certainly won't be able to help each other in any way," the President said.
