"This has become the most important event in the modern history of our state and the basis for the further development of interstate relations. In the following years, an extensive legal framework was formed. Today, it is necessary to ensure its consistent implementation and further development of bilateral cooperation," Badra Gunba said. 

Summing up the meeting, the President instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to step up efforts to strengthen strategic partnership with the Russian Federation, expand cooperation in priority areas and promote new initiatives that meet the national interests of the Republic of Abkhazia.
