The event is attended by veterans, mothers of defenders of the Motherland, volunteers, Vice President Beslan Bigvava, Prime Minister Vladimir Delba, Speaker of Parliament Lasha Ashuba, Russian Ambassador to Abkhazia Vyacheslav Gladkov, members of the Government and members of Parliament.

The production is attended by actors of the Abkhazian State Youth Theater, the Fazil Iskander State Russian Drama Theater and artists of the Abkhazian variety. 

The event is organized by the Sukhum City Administration.
