The team members thanked the Head of State for his support, noting that thanks to his attention and assistance, the team has experienced new development and continues to actively participate in major projects.
Special attention was paid to holding a game in Abkhazia between the national teams of Abkhazia and Russia, which took place with the support of the President and was broadcast on Channel One.
The meeting participants noted the scale of this project, thanks to which a wide Russian audience learned about Abkhazia. During the television game, Abkhazian themes and songs in the Abkhazian language were heard, and footage of Sukhumi and its embankment became part of a large-scale television broadcast.
"Essentially, it was two hours of non-stop advertising for Abkhazia," noted the meeting participants, emphasizing the project's special significance for promoting the republic.
The team also informed Badra Gunba that the AMIK management had invited him to a celebratory event dedicated to the 65th anniversary of KVN. The anniversary will take place on November 18 at the Kremlin Palace.
Separately, the meeting participants spoke about the resumption of the Abkhazian KVN League, which became possible with the support of the Head of State. In the current season, teams from almost all districts of Abkhazia are participating in the league. Several games have already taken place, which are held in packed halls and generate great interest among spectators.
Badra Gunba noted the importance of developing such projects for young people and emphasized that the team "Narty from Abkhazia" contributes to the popularization of the republic with their creativity.
"What you are doing is great advertising for our country." Thanks to your talent, you talk about Abkhazia, present it to the Russian audience, and show it in the best possible light. "And most importantly, you are an example for our youth," the President noted.
The Head of State emphasized that support for youth, creative, and cultural projects will continue, as they create opportunities for young people's self-realization, strengthen team spirit, preserve traditions, and contribute to the promotion of Abkhazia.
