Badra Gunba emphasized that the first season of the competition clearly demonstrated the country's significant human resources potential: its graduates are successfully working in government bodies, the social sphere, and business. Over the past year, participants and finalists have implemented about 60 projects and initiatives, most of which are aimed at solving specific problems and improving people's lives. 

The President emphasized that the main criterion for work should not only be ideas, but also a real practical result – the ability to identify a problem, find a solution, and see it through to the end.

In the second season of the competition, 3384 people registered, and 60 participants reached the final, representing a wide range of fields – from public service and education to entrepreneurship, agriculture, information technology, and tourism. 

The Head of State noted that the participants understand the country's current challenges, including the development of the economy, infrastructure, energy, healthcare, education, and ecology.

Separately, the President expressed gratitude to Russian partners for their assistance in the creation and development of the project. As Badra Gunba noted, Abkhazia uses best practices while forming its own personnel development system.

Addressing the finalists, Badra Gunba reminded them that they would face serious evaluation tests in the next three days. It is important to demonstrate not only professional knowledge but also the ability to work in a team, make decisions in difficult situations, and take responsibility.

The President expressed his disagreement with the opinion that the "Team Abkhazia" is a closed project, emphasizing that every citizen of the republic ready to benefit the state is part of the Team Abkhazia.

In his opinion, the second season will introduce new names and projects, and cooperation with the finalists will not end after the competition concludes.

In conclusion, the Head of State wished the participants successful completion of the final tests and the implementation of their ideas for the benefit of Abkhazia.
