The President particularly emphasized the continuity of generations, noting that participants and winners of the first "Team Abkhazia" competition were present, sharing their experience, supporting their colleagues, and rooting for their results.
Badra Gunba emphasized that the project is not only an opportunity to identify talented managers for public service, but also a platform for implementing projects beneficial to the country, including those of a social nature, as the results of the first season have already proven.
The President expressed confidence that they have ideas and projects that will benefit Abkhazia. He emphasized that wherever they work in the future – in state authorities, local self-government bodies, the social sphere, education, business, or other areas – the main thing is that their knowledge, energy, and initiatives are directed towards the development of the republic.
The head of state emphasized, as he did at the opening of the final stage, that "Team Abkhazia" is much more than just participants in the competition. According to him, this includes both talented youth studying at universities and those who are already working for the benefit of the country, honestly fulfilling their professional duty. These are servicemen defending the Motherland, law enforcement officers, as well as workers in education, healthcare, and other fields whose daily work improves the lives of citizens. All citizens of the republic, as the President noted, are part of one big team – the team of Abkhazia.
The President expressed his gratitude to the CEO of ANO "Russia - a Land of Opportunities" Andrey Betin and the entire platform team for their assistance and support.
Badra Gunba thanked everyone for their participation and the work done. The head of state presented cups to the 15 winners of the "Team Abkhazia" management competition, wishing them success, new ideas, and the implementation of their plans.
After the awards ceremony, the President announced the start of the second season of the "Hospitable Abkhazia" project. As noted by Badra Gunba, the first season confirmed the demand and success of the initiative: the implemented projects made recreation in the republic more attractive and comfortable, and the project itself became an important social tool, allowing guests to get acquainted with the history, culture, and way of life of the people.
