President Badra Gunba signed a Decree awarding Elena Vladimirovna Margania the honorary title of "Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Abkhazia".
The title was awarded for contributions to the establishment and development of library services in the Republic of Abkhazia and for many years of fruitful work in the field of culture.
