Beslan Fedorovich Eshba
Born on December 23, 1967. In 1985, he graduated from Sukhumi Secondary School No. 10 named after N.A. Lakoba.
In 1992, he graduated from the State Institute of Agriculture (GISH) in the city of Sukhumi. Specialty - engineer-technologist.
From 1986 to 1988, he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR.
During the Patriotic War of the People of Abkhazia in 1992-93, he was part of the Security Service of the Supreme Bodies of State Authority and Officials of Abkhazia.
During the post-war campaigns, he was part of the Sukhumi Battalion as deputy commander. In the Kodori operation of 2008, he was deputy commander of the 4th Sukhumi Brigade.
From 1994 to 1995, on behalf of the President of Abkhazia Vladislav Ardzinba, he headed the "Abkhazia Revival Fund" in Moscow and was engaged in humanitarian deliveries to the republic.
From February 1996 to February 1999, he was an adviser to the President of Abkhazia on economic issues.
From 1999 to 2005, he headed the state company "Abkhaztop".
From 2007 to 2010 - Chairman of the Board of CB "Universal Bank".
From August 2010 to September 2011 - Assistant to the Head of the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia.
From May 2012 to April 2013 - Member of the People's Assembly - Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia.
On April 30, 2013, by the Decree of the President of Abkhazia, he was appointed Vice-Premier of the Republic of Abkhazia. In June 2014, Eshba filed an application to be relieved of his duties as Deputy Prime Minister.
From August 2015 to August 2016 - Head of the ROO "Apsadgyl".
From August 2016 to January 2018 - Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia.
Since April 2020 - Head of the Sukhum Administration.
In March 2025, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia, he was appointed Head of the Presidential Administration.
