
Beslan Vladimirovich Bigvava
Born July 28, 1971 in the city of Tkuarchal, Abkhaz ASSR.
In 1988, he graduated from Ochamchira Secondary School No. 4.
After graduating from school, he entered the Ivanovo Agricultural Institute. In 1990, he transferred to the East Ukrainian State University, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
In 1992-93, he participated in the Georgian-Abkhazian War. After the ceasefire, he was part of the Eastern Front battalion.
After the end of the war, he restored the Ochamchira State Bakery, where he also got a job. He worked for about a year, after which he went into business in Abkhazia. To resume the educational process at the university, he transferred to correspondence courses. In 1998, he graduated from the East Ukrainian State University, received a full higher education in the specialty "Cars and Automobile Industry".
In 1999 he moved to Moscow.
Since June 1999, he was engaged in entrepreneurial activity in Moscow, and since March 2019 - in Abkhazia.
On April 12, 2021, he was appointed acting head of the Ochamchira District Administration. On May 14, 2021, he was unanimously approved for the post of head of the Ochamchira District Administration by the district assembly.
Master of Sports of the USSR in freestyle wrestling.
Married, father of three sons.
