President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent New Year and Christmas congratulations to President of the Republic of Abkhazia Raul Khadzhimba.   Vladimir Putin’s congratulatory telegram states:   “Dear Raul Dzhumkovich,   I sincerely congratulate you on New Year and Christmas holidays.   Relations between Russia and Abkhazia develop dynamically on the basis of the principles of alliance and strategic partnership. I am confident that by relying on existing agreements, we will continue increasing in the future our mutually-beneficial cooperation in different spheres for the good of our brotherly nations.   I sincerely wish you, dear Raul Dzhumkovich, strong health, happiness and success in government work, and to all citizens of Abkhazia — peace and prosperity”.
