One of the key topics of the meeting was the implementation of an investment program to promote the socio-economic development of the Republic of Abkhazia. The program provides for 34 events, including the construction of the republican children's hospital, the construction and reconstruction of a music school, and the restoration of road infrastructure. In particular, the implementation of 22 road infrastructure facilities is envisaged.

The President also outlined the projects implemented outside the framework of the investment program. Among them are support for small and medium—sized businesses, the development of small-scale accommodation facilities, including glamping, as well as the organization of hot meals in schools.

Badra Gunba expressed gratitude to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin for the decision to support the organization of free hot meals for students from the first to the fourth grade.

The President of Abkhazia noted the importance of this area and stressed that the Republic of Abkhazia, within its capabilities, will also finance the implementation of the project from the state budget.

The Head of State noted the special contribution of Sergey Kiriyenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, who is constantly immersed in the joint agenda and actively participates in the implementation of topical issues and tasks facing Abkhazia and Russia.

Separately, Badra Gunba noted the support of the small and medium-sized enterprises program. According to him, the project is already being implemented and demonstrates an obvious economic effect.

The President also drew attention to the high interest of entrepreneurs in the project to create small—scale accommodation facilities - glamping. If at the initial stage there were difficulties with recruiting participants, today the demand for participation in the project significantly exceeds the initially announced figures.

Another important area was the creation of modern conditions for the work of the Abkhazian state television. Badra Gunba noted that a decision has been made to reconstruct and build a modular building for the Abkhazia State Television. According to the President, this project is of particular importance given the historical role of national television.

Energy issues were also discussed among the areas of cooperation.

Sergey Nazarov noted the high level of cooperation between Abkhazia and Russia, in which the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and the Russian Government are actively involved. He informed about the new decision of the intergovernmental commission signed the day before, which reflects the agreements reached earlier.

"Therefore, accordingly, we are now, as they say, checking the clock for the implementation of the plans that we discussed with you, with the Government," said Sergey Nazarov.

The Deputy Minister elaborated on the current stages of the implementation of other important economic, infrastructural and social projects implemented within the framework of Russian-Abkhaz cooperation.
