President Gunba emphasized that the forum has been established as a permanent annual platform and stressed that it marks the beginning of the transition to the practical implementation of planned initiatives.
He identified the key benchmark for government performance as tangible improvements in the quality of life of the population, rather than figures presented in reports. All efforts, he noted, are aimed at benefiting the people, and every citizen should feel positive change.
To this end, the President instructed that strict oversight of the implementation of commitments be ensured, highlighting two priority areas: the first one includes full execution of all agreements signed on the sidelines of the forum, ensuring that no document remains merely on paper. The second one involves comprehensive support for investment projects, including the designation of responsible agencies, clear timelines, and structured reporting procedures.
In conclusion, President Gunba called on heads of departments to demonstrate maximum responsibility and personal engagement, emphasizing that the republic is entering a phase of large-scale development and that the current pace must be maintained.
“The forum has concluded, but the work is only just beginning. I expect your personal commitment and regular progress reports. It is time to move to practical implementation,” the President said.
