President Aslan Bzhaniya Awarded Oleg Etlukhov the “Akhdz-Apsha” Order, Second Class

“For great contribution to the strengthening of brotherly relations between the people of Abkhazia and Karachay-Cherkessia, and the development and popularization of national literature, award the “Akhdz-Apsha” Order, Second Class, to Oleg Adil-Gireevich Etlukhov,” - states the Decree which was signed today by the Head of State.
