The President Awarded the Head of the State Migration Service R. Z. Gablaya the Rank of the General Major

By Decree of President Aslan Bzhaniya, Head of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Abkhazia, Colonel Ramin Gablaya was awarded the military rank of General Major.
